Description
This exercise helps you enhance emotional awareness and improve communication in three steps. First, observe and recognize your range of emotions, becoming an emotional learner. Second, identify and understand your underlying moods, and no longer be at the mercy of your moods. Third, use provided questions to facilitate conversations with others and in doing so using emotions and moods as a teacher.
